Last week we started a new feature here called Bread Fridays. It's inspired by all the wonderful breads I kept running into during my travels in Mexico. If you missed last week's yummy bread, it was an estropajo and you can see it here. Don't miss it. Gorgeous!
This week's featured bread is sweet, rather than savory. It's called a cacahuate or peanut. They are made with two halves sandwiching a creamy center. They just melt in your mouth. Scrumptious!
