Pico de Gallo Salsa

Pico de Gallo

In the United States it’s called salsa. In México, this beautiful blend of tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime is called Pico de Gallo.

Super easy to make, always fresh and balanced, you can use it on top of most anything– eggs, tacos, tostadas, beans, meat, quesadillas.

Yes! This is my son’s favorite salsa. Especially in the summer when the tomatoes are so good.
