- 1 ripe honeydew melon
- ½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
- 2-3 fresh spearmint sprigs
- 8 cups cold water
- Ice optional

Prepare the Melon
Wash the melon thoroughly, dry it, and place it on your cutting board.
Carefully cut the melon in half and remove all the seeds with a spoon.
Using your knife, peel each half to remove all the flesh.
Blend the Fruit
Add the chopped melon flesh, sugar, and 3-4 cups of water to your blender. Blend until everything is perfectly smooth.
The sweetness level depends on your personal taste. Since honeydew is naturally very sweet, I suggest tasting it before adding more sugar.
You can also use other sweeteners like honey, agave syrup, stevia, or whatever you prefer.
Transfer to a large pitcher, add the remaining water, stir well, and adjust sweetness if needed.
Chill and Serve
I recommend refrigerating until ready to serve. But if you want to drink it immediately, serve it over plenty of ice.
Garnish with a fresh spearmint sprig or a small piece of melon on the rim of the glass.
