  • 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • tablespoons lime juice
  • teaspoon salt
  • 20 cilantro sprigs leaves and stems, washed


  • Place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt and cilantro in a food processor. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  • Serve with your favorite raw vegetables
