Cilantro Hummus

Servings: 3 cups
- 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 tablespoons tahini paste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 20 cilantro sprigs leaves and stems, washed
Place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt and cilantro in a food processor. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Serve with your favorite raw vegetables
