- 1 lb papaya about 4 cups in chunks or ½ kg
- ⅓ cup sugar or your favorite sweetener
- 1 large lime the juice
- Pinch of salt
- 4 cups fresh water

Wash and prep your papaya.
Wash and slice it in half, scoop out the black seeds with a spoon, and peel one half. Cut the flesh into large chunks, tossing out any stringy bits. Peel more if needed.
Blend the fruit.
Blend the papaya chunks, 2 cups of water, the sugar, juice from the lime, and a pinch of salt. Blend for about a minute, until the mixture is silky smooth.
