Authentic Mexican Pico de Gallo Salsa

This pico de gallo is super easy to make, always fresh and balanced, you can use it on top of most anything-- eggs, tacos, tostadas, beans, meat, quesadillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Medium white onion
  • 1-2 Serrano peppers or jalapeños for a less spicy adventure
  • Cilantro
  • 1   medium lime
  • 1/8 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 bag tortilla chips optional

Instructions

  • Finely chop tomatoes, onion, serranos and cilantro and place in a bowl, add lime juice, salt to taste, mix, and it is ready to eat!
