Papaya Coconut Bionico

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups papaya chopped in cubes
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 12 pecans chopped
  • 3 tablespoons granola

Instructions

  • Mix together plain yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract with a spoon. Set aside.
  • Place chopped papaya in a platter or bowl. Add coconut and carefully combine them.
  • Sprinkle with pecans and granola to taste.
  • Pour the sweet yogurt mixture on top and serve immediately.
