For the Banana Bunny Pops
Cut a banana into 2-inch pieces, insert an ice-pop stick into each piece and repeat until you finish. Place them on a wax paper covered sheet and freeze for 5 minutes.
For each pop, cut two 1-inch long skinny ovals from the ribs of a cupcake liner; crease the middle to make the ears. Set aside.
Pour candy melts into a bowl and microwave following the instructions in the package until smooth.
Remove pops from the freezer, take one banana, dip it in the candy, let excess drip and add jumbo sprinkles for the eyes and nose. Slide the ears behind the head and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. To present upright, press each stick into a piece of fabric-covered flower foam (make holes first).
For the Veggie Flowers
For daisies, cut the mini sweet pepper into 1/2-inch wide rings. With a knife make a small hole in the "flower" and insert a string bean.
For tulips, cut the tops off mini sweet peppers, make a small hole in the bottom of the "flower" and insert the string bean.
Serve with your favorite dip.
