  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 4-8  Truvía Natural Sweetener packets


  • Bring water to the boil, turn off heat. Add the spices, cover and let rest for 1 minute.
  • Using a coffee filter, cheesecloth or tea strainer, filter the tea into a teapot.
  • Sweeten with Truvía.


Stick to the 1 minute of resting, the orange zest can make the tea a little sour if you wait longer. If you have fresh ginger, even better, add to your taste. Please don't skip the black pepper, you just need a small pinch, it will bring the flavors to life.
