Ingredients

  • 1 lb guavas washed and cut in quarters
  • 3/4 - 1 cup sugar depending on sweetness of the guavas. Start with 3/4 cup
  • 6 cups water divided
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place guavas, sugar and 3 cups of water in a blender or food processor. Mix until well combined.
  • Strain guava mixture into the pitcher, pour in the rest of the water.
  • Adjust sugar, add ice and serve.
