Ingredients

  • 1/2 (approx 8 cups) medium seedless watermelon cut into cubes, chilled and peeled
  • 1 cup sugar or another sweetener of your choice
  • 8 cups water divided
  • 1 key lime the juice
  • Ice

  • 1 blender or food processor
  • 1 small pot

Instructions

  • Pour one cup of water in a pot over medium heat. Add the sugar and mix until well dissolved, set aside and let cool down.

  • Add the sugar water and lime juice. Mix well.

Notes

I recommend putting the watermelon in the fridge ahead of time, so it is very cold.
