Mandarin Orange No-Bake Tarts

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cups melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 package Dole® Mandarin Oranges in 100% fruit juice includes 4 individually wrapped bowls
  • mint for garnish


  • You will also need an electric mixer and one (24 well) mini-cupcake tray.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter until it forms a well-incorporated mixture
  • Fill 24 mini-cupcake wells with the mixture, pushing with your fingers to form a crust.
  • Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and the fruit juice from one of the bowls until blended. Add the mandarin orange slices and mix again until smooth.
  • Pour mix into each crust. Top each with a mandarin orange slice and freeze for one hour.
  • With a knife, carefully separate the crust from the walls. Let them rest at room temperature for 5 minutes and serve.
