Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter until it forms a well-incorporated mixture
Fill 24 mini-cupcake wells with the mixture, pushing with your fingers to form a crust.
Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and the fruit juice from one of the bowls until blended. Add the mandarin orange slices and mix again until smooth.
Pour mix into each crust. Top each with a mandarin orange slice and freeze for one hour.
With a knife, carefully separate the crust from the walls. Let them rest at room temperature for 5 minutes and serve.
