Para una versi\u00f3n vegetariana o vegana usa caldo de verduras o agua.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite<\/strong>: mi preferencia es el de oliva, sustituye con el de tu gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal<\/strong>: vas a necesitar un poco para ajustar dependiendo de que tan salado est\u00e9 el caldo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Arroz Blanco en Pocas Palabras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lava y escurre el arroz. Esto elimina el exceso de almid\u00f3n y ayuda a que los granos queden sueltos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesta el arroz en el aceite, un paso importante, no te lo saltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega la cebolla y el ajo picados, esto es lo que le da su sabor caracter\u00edstico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vac\u00eda el l\u00edquido y cocina. Tapa y cocina por 10-12 minutos. Usa una cuchara para revisar si qued\u00f3 l\u00edquido en el fondo y prueba uno de los granitos de arriba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre prueba de sal antes de taparlo. S\u00f3lo podr\u00e1s revolverlo cuando tiene mucho l\u00edquido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guardado y Recalentado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gu\u00e1rdalo en un recipiente con tapa en el refrigerador por hasta 4 d\u00edas. Para recalentar, agr\u00e9gale una cucharada de agua o caldo, t\u00e1palo y cali\u00e9ntalo a fuego lento en una cacerola o en el microondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz se puede congelar por hasta 3 meses. D\u00e9jalo enfriar por completo y ponlo en una bolsa o recipiente apto para congelar.
