Las sopas de verduras son deliciosas, nutritivas, f\u00e1ciles de hacer y de comer.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>En un principio s\u00f3lo la preparaba con br\u00f3coli pero con el tiempo he ido mejorando la receta.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>El secreto que descubr\u00ed es no tirar los tallos, usarlos tambi\u00e9n le da cuero a la sopa sin necesidad de agregar crema de m\u00e1s. Puedes sustituir por hinojo o eneldo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caldo de pollo:<\/strong> yo prefiero usar el caldo de pollo natural, pero puedes sustituirlo por agua y concentrado ya sea en polvo o en pasta (una cucharadita por taza de agua). Para una versi\u00f3n vegana o vegetariana, sustituye por caldo de verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mantequilla:<\/strong> si usas mantequilla con sal, ajusta el saz\u00f3n. Lava y pica las zanahorias. Lava el br\u00f3coli y separa las cabecitas de los tallos. Pela los tallos hasta llegar a la parte tierna y p\u00edcalos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuece las verduras<\/strong>. Cuece las zanahorias con los tallos picados primero, cuando est\u00e9n tiernos, agrega las cabecitas del br\u00f3coli y cocina s\u00f3lo por un par de minutos hasta que cambien a un verde brillante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lic\u00faa las verduras.<\/strong> Reserva algunos floretes de br\u00f3coli cocidos si quieres adornar la sopa al servirla. Lic\u00faa las verduras con las hierbas de olor, sal y caldo de pollo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dale el toque cremoso.<\/strong> Fr\u00ede la crema en la mantequilla, ajusta el saz\u00f3n, agrega la crema y revuelve para que todo se integre bien. Sirve con crutones, floretes de br\u00f3coli cocidos y un poquit\u00edn de crema.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de Silvia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre deja enfriar las verduras un poco antes de licuarlas. Cuando pones alimentos calientes en la licuadora, tienden a expanderse y a veces la tapa sale volando a toda velocidad. Toma un pa\u00f1o y sost\u00e9nla con tu mano antes de licuarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi receta sugiere una cantidad de zanahoria, pero puedes ajustar: a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s para una sopa m\u00e1s dulce, menos para una sopa con a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabor a br\u00f3coli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nunca me voy a cansar de decir que los tallos del br\u00f3coli son deliciosos, bajo esa apariencia rugosa se esconde una verdura tierna y dulzona. No recomiendo congelarla porque la textura cambia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recalentar ponla en una olla a fuego bajo moviendo de vez en cuando, o en el microondas. Si ya est\u00e1 caliente y sientes que est\u00e1 muy espesa, puedes agregar un chorito de l\u00edquido y ajustar la sal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con qu\u00e9 acompa\u00f1arla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un pan crujiente calientito como bolillo o telera.
