Es la pasta delgada y corta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jitomates<\/strong>: el jitomate Roma o guaje es mi preferido. Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar San Marzano o cualquier otro tomate que se use para hacer salsas. Tambi\u00e9n puedes sustituir por media taza de salsa de jitomate enlatada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cebolla blanca:<\/strong> puedes sustituir por cebolla amarilla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caldo de pollo:<\/strong>&nbsp;puedes sustituirlo por agua y concentrado de caldo en polvo o en pasta, como \u201c<em>Better Than Bouillon<\/em>.\u201d Para hacerla vegana o vegetariana, sustituye con caldo de verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aceite:<\/strong> yo prefiero el de oliva, pero puedes usar cualquier aceite vegetal neutro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para servir:<\/strong> jugo de lim\u00f3n y queso fresco (recomendable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opcional:<\/strong> calabacita o zanahoria picada en cubitos. Ideal para a\u00f1adir verduras de forma natural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como hacer Sopa de Fideo (En Pocas Palabras)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Muele los jitomates, la cebolla, los ajos y 3 tazas del caldo para hacer la salsa.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesta el fideo en el aceite, movi\u00e9ndolo constantemente hasta que tome un tono dorado. Sin perder de vista para evitar que se queme.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpora la salsa; cuece por un par de minutos. Agrega el resto del caldo y prueba de sal. Hierve a temperatura media durante 8-10 minutos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirve con jugo de lim\u00f3n y queso fresco.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de Silvia&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mueve el fideo constantemente al tostarlo, si lo pierdes de vista se quema en segundos y amarga toda la sopa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00edrvela reci\u00e9n hecha; con el tiempo, la pasta absorbe el caldo y cambia de textura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe qued\u00f3 muy espesa?
