Es mi preferencia, pero si no tienes puedes sustituir con la misma cantidad de masa harina (que se usa para hacer tortillas). Ponlas a cocer con agua, canela y az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, retira la canela, muele en la licuadora para formar un pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuela el pur\u00e9 en la olla, a\u00f1ade el bicarbonato para neutralizar la acidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente agrega la leche poco a poco sin dejar de mover. Antes de que de el primer hervor se incorpora la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz disuelta en agua fr\u00eda. Se mueve hasta que espese y listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de Silvia para un atole perfecto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No dejes de mover: especialmente cuando agregues la leche y la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz. Una vez que se calienta, se afloja y recupera su textura cremosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No olvides moverle cuando lo calientes, para que no se pegue.
