Tambi\u00e9n hice algo nuevo, en lugar de sal y pimienta le puse dos cucharadas de salsa de soya Kikkoman la cual realmente hace resaltar los sabores. En una\u00a0sart\u00e9n mediana calienta el aceite a fuego medio alto. Agrega la cebolla y salcocha hasta que se ponga tierna (aprox. 8 minutos) agrega el ajo picado, revuelve y coce por dos minutos m\u00e1s. Agrega las rajas de chile poblano, integra y deja cocinar por 3-4 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>2. A\u00f1ade la salsa de soya, tapa la sart\u00e9n y deja cocinar por 5 minutos. Destapa y deja cocinar por otros 5 minutos o hasta que el liquido se haya evaporado.<\/p>\n<p>3. Extiende la costra sobre una hoja de papel pergamino para hornear. Extiende las rebanadas de queso en el centro de la costra, dejando una pulgada de espacio en la parte superior y en la inferior. Con un cuchillo filoso corta la costra en l\u00edneas diagonales desde el centro hacia la orilla, tanto a la derecha como a la izquierda (como se ve en la foto). Dobla la costra hacia adentro en la parte superior. toma la primera tira de la derecha y col\u00f3cala en forma diagonal sobre el relleno, luego toma una tira de la izquierda y col\u00f3cala sobre el relleno, repite para ir formando la trenza. Agrega la cebolla y salcocha hasta que se ponga tierna (aprox. 8 minutos) agrega el ajo picado, revuelve y coce por dos minutos m\u00e1s. Agrega las rajas de chile poblano, integra y deja cocinar por 3-4 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-25575-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade la salsa de soya, tapa la sart\u00e9n y deja cocinar por 5 minutos. Destapa y deja cocinar por otros 5 minutos o hasta que el liquido se haya evaporado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-25575-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Extiende la costra sobre una hoja de papel pergamino para hornear. Extiende las rebanadas de queso en el centro de la costra, dejando una pulgada de espacio en la parte superior y en la inferior. Agrega las rajas en salsa de soya sobre el queso.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-25575-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Con un cuchillo filoso corta la costra en l\u00edneas diagonales desde el centro hacia la orilla, tanto a la derecha como a la izquierda (como se ve en la foto). Dobla la costra hacia adentro en la parte superior. toma la primera tira de la derecha y col\u00f3cala en forma diagonal sobre el relleno, luego toma una tira de la izquierda y col\u00f3cala sobre el relleno, repite para ir formando la trenza.
