Luego usando la servilleta de tella o de papel aseg\u00farate que est\u00e9n completamente secas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aseg\u00farate que no tienen ninguna cortada o jugo, deben estar secas porque si no, el chocolate no se les va a adherir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de empezar corta un pedazo del papel pergamino para hornear y ponlo en tu \u00e1rea de trabajo. Ah\u00ed pondr\u00e1s las fresas cuando les hayas puesto en chocolate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiebra el chocolae en pieces y ponlas en el recipiente mediano.
