Ya te he contado que cuando era una adolescente me preparaba un licuado de fresas cada ma\u00f1ana para desayunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que ayuda que crec\u00ed en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/agricultura\/articulos\/que-quiere-la-nina-fresa-mexico-y-su-produccion-nacional\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">uno de los tres estados productores de fresas en M\u00e9xico<\/a>.\u2014por lo que ir al mercado y comprarlas por kilo o por canasta era lo usual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y cuando me refiero a &#8220;por canasta&#8221; estoy hablando de aquellas entre 5-10 kg. Pero perm\u00edteme hablar un poco sobre este \u00faltimo ingrediente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como con cualquier otra agua fresca, el nivel de dulzura depende de tu paladar y que tan dulce est\u00e9 la fruta. Las fresas dependiendo de la temporada son dulces pero una vez que se combinan con el agua, la dulzura se diluye por lo que agregar un endulzante ayuda a tener un balance en los sabores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra receta es con az\u00facar blanca, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar az\u00facar morena, jarabe simple, nectar de agave o cualquier otra opci\u00f3n de tu gusto. Tan s\u00f3lo en este blog tenemos una variaci\u00f3n llamada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2017\/07\/como-hacer-horchata-de-fresa-facil.html\">horchata de fresa<\/a>, pero hay muchas m\u00e1s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra receta es s\u00f3lo con agua, aunque le puedes dar un toque de frescura con un poco de jugo de lim\u00f3n o unas hojas de yerbabuena. Sin embargo el agua de fresa con leche es sumamente popular tambi\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta cremosa versi\u00f3n es com\u00fan en las paleter\u00edas pero la puedes hacer en casa tambi\u00e9n con leche condensada, o leche regular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa como la prepares, esta bebida es super refrescante y seguro se convertir\u00e1 en una favorita de tu familia y amigos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto Tiempo Dura?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El agua de fresa dura 2-3 d\u00edas en el refrigerador, pero no le pongas hielo. Te sugiero empezar con 1\/4 de tasa y agregar m\u00e1s si se necesita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lava (y desinfecta de ser necesario) las fresas. Lic\u00faa hasta que todo se integre perfectamente. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-background-color has-background\">En mi experiencia moler el az\u00facar con las fruta disuelve el az\u00facar mejor y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda la mezcla de fresa en una jarra de dos litros. Yo normalmente no la cuelo, pero si quieres remover las semillas para tener un agua tersa, usa un colador con agujeros peque\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda las otras 4 tazas de agua, revuelve y prueba de az\u00facar. A\u00f1ade m\u00e1s de ser necesario.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente guarda en el refrigerador hasta el momento de servir. Si la vas a servir inmediatamente, vac\u00eda sobre hielo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-background-color has-background\">Tip: No le pongas hielo a la jarra porque eso diluir\u00e1 el sabor.
