Para algunas familias quiz\u00e1 sea catsup, para otras salsa inglesa, pero para nosotros siempre ha sido salsa verde. Si abres el refrigerador de mi casa o el de casa de mi mam\u00e1 o de mi abuelita o primas, ver\u00e1s un frasco de cristal con salsa verde. Se la agregamos a la sopa o a los frijoles y generosamente la esparcimos sobre tacos. Las tostadas siempre necesitan un toque final de salsa verde o quiz\u00e1 el pescado debe estar sumergido en ella. Como ver\u00e1s tenemos muchas maneras de comerla, y una de las que m\u00e1s nos gusta es en pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso\u00a0no es sorpresa que mi platillo de hoy es pasta con salsa verde. A mis hijos les gust\u00f3 tanto que me pidieron m\u00e1s al d\u00eda siguiente. As\u00ed que\u00a0tom\u00e9 nota que la pr\u00f3xima vez necesito comprar dos cajas de pasta de pluma Barilla<span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>\u00ae<\/em><\/span>\u00a0y hacer doble cantidad. Es un platillo muy conveniente, f\u00e1cil y sobre todo barato.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/barilla-salsa-verde-ingredients.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6694\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/barilla-salsa-verde-ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"Penne pasta with salsa verde - ingredients by mamalatinatips.com\" width=\"550\" height=\"810\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/barilla-salsa-verde-ingredients.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/barilla-salsa-verde-ingredients-102x150.jpg 102w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/barilla-salsa-verde-ingredients-204x300.jpg 204w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Pasta de Pluma con Salsa Verde<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>4 porciones<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Tiempo estimado de preparaci\u00f3n: 10 minutos\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>De principio a fin: 50 minutos\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 (4 oz) pechugas o muslos sin hueso y sin piel<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de sal + un cucharadita sal + sal algusto, dividida<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>1 (1 lb)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/ydAzGE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">caja de pasta de pluma (Penne pasta) Brilla\u00ae<\/a><\/li>\n<li>12 tomatillos, pelados, lavados y partidos por\u00a0mitad<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0dientes de ajo pelados<\/li>\n<li>1-2 chiles serranos, despatados<\/li>\n<li>Un ramo grandote de cilantro, lavado<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0aguacate<\/li>\n<li>Queso fresco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 350 grados F<\/p>\n<p>Pon una\u00a0olla con agua (aproximadamente 4 litros) y una cucharada sopera de sal\u00a0a calentar (aqu\u00ed cocer\u00e1s la pasta)<\/p>\n<p>Embarra el aceite de oliva a las piezas de pollo. A\u00f1ade sal y pimienta al gusto y hornea por\u00a020 minutos o hasta que los jugos del cocimiento se vean transparentes.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto pon otras dos tazas de agua en un pocillo. Agrega los tomatillos, ajo, y chiles serranos. P\u00edcalo en cuadros peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Agrega la pasta al agua hirviendo y cuece de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete. Cuela y revuelve con la salsa y el pollo.
