Es adem\u00e1s muy vers\u00e1til y una buena fuente de prote\u00edna, perfecta para un platillo sin carne. Hoy la combin\u00e9 con champi\u00f1ones cremini, los cuales tienen un sabor m\u00e1s fuerte y son un poco m\u00e1s densos que los tradicionales champi\u00f1ones blancos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas alb\u00f3ndigas de quinoa y champi\u00f1ones cremini son deliciosas y las puedes combinar con tu salsa o dip favoritos. A nosotros nos gusta con hummus, bbq o con salsas not ketchup. \u00a0Pero adem\u00e1s saben divinamente con espaguetti y salsa marinara. Una gran opci\u00f3n para la cuaresma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/quinoa-crimini-mushrooms-ball-550.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/quinoa-crimini-mushrooms-ball-550.jpg\" alt=\"quinoa and crimini mushroom balls with dip\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/quinoa-crimini-mushrooms-ball-550.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/quinoa-crimini-mushrooms-ball-550-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/quinoa-crimini-mushrooms-ball-550-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la receta.<\/p>\n<h2>Alb\u00f3ndigas de Quinoa\u00a0y Champi\u00f1ones Cremini<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>20 alb\u00f3ndigas<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 10 minutos<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>De principio a fin: 50 minutos\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 taza de\u00a0quinoa<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0 1\/2\u00a0tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de cebolla blanca finamente picada<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>10 oz (approx 12 piezas) champi\u00f1ones cremini, picados finamente<\/li>\n<li>7 ramas de perejil, finamente picadas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de queso Parmesano<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0taza de pan molido estilo panko<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n necesitar\u00e1s aceite para cocinar en spray y una charola para hornear.<\/p>\n<p>Enjuaga la quinoa, de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete. Pon el agua a hervir e inmediatamente agrega quinoa, baja la temperatura hasta que el agua hierva muy tranquilamente, tapa la olla y deja cocinar por 15 minutos. \u00a0Para entonces el agua debe haberse consumido. Con un tenedor revuelve la quinoa ligeramente, tapa nuevamente y deja reposar por otros 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras la quinoa reposa, calienta el aceite de oliva en una caserola mediana. Agrega la cebolla y el ajo y cocina hasta que se pongan suaves (aproximadamente 3 minutos). Agrega los champi\u00f1ones cremini y cocina hasta que se pongan suaves y hayan reducido su tama\u00f1o a la mitad. Apaga el fuego, deja reposar por 3 minutos y cu\u00e9lalos para quitar todo el l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 350 grados F.<\/p>\n<p>Roc\u00eda la charola para hornear con el aceite en spray.<\/p>\n<p>En un refractario de cristal combina quinoa, champi\u00f1ones, perejil, queso Parmesano, huevos, pan molido, sal y pimienta.
