Yo los encontr\u00e9 en Food 4 Less, tambi\u00e9n son comunes en Food Max. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vallarta, Northgate y Superior son otras opciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1rea de congelados de algunos supermercados puedes encontrar ca\u00f1as de az\u00facar ya peladas y cortadas en trozos. Generalmente la venden empacada en bolsa de pl\u00e1stico. Sin embargo si no la encuentras no te preocupes, puedes hacer el ponche sin ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Busca los tamarindos en el \u00e1rea de especies mexicanas, generalmente se vende a granel. Por favor ajusta el az\u00facar al final, si lo deseas m\u00e1s dulce a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s az\u00facar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28 tazas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 litros de agua (aprox 24 tazas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tazas de az\u00facar morena (o dos piloncillos grandes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 manzanas, descorazonadas y picadas en cuartos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 rajas de canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de pasas, (puedes sustituir con 1\/2 libra de ciruelas pasas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 tamarindos, pelados (si deseas puedes remover las semillas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 tejocotes en almibar, picados por mitad y sin semillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 (800 gr \/ 1 lb 12 oz) lata de guayabas en almibar, picadas en mitad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza del almibar de los tejocotes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"isPasted\">\n<li>Tabla de picar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuchillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olla grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tazas medidoras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon el agua en una olla muy grande sobre la estufa a fuego medio alto. Agrega el az\u00facar y mueve hasta disolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega el resto de los ingredientes y deja cocer&nbsp;a fuego lento&nbsp;por unos 30-40 minutos hasta que la manzana est\u00e9 cocida.
