Y ahora tu puedes hacerlos en casa cualquier d\u00eda de la semana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 Tipo de Carne es el Tri-Tip?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tri-tip, tambi\u00e9n conocido como empuje de res, es un corte de carne de forma triangular que proviene del solomillo inferior de la res. Es un corte muy tierno, magro y con un sabor intenso muy sabroso que a menudo se asocia con la comida Californiana, particularmente el Santa Mar\u00eda Style barbecue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tri-tip generalmente se sazona y se asa a la parrilla o en el horno y se sirve en rebanadas delgadas con una salsa que se parece al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2012\/03\/pico-de-gallo.html\">pico de gallo<\/a> y frijoles como guarnici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace quiz\u00e1 unos treinta o cuarenta a\u00f1os y si vivieras en cualquier lugar fuera de la costa central de California, posiblemente hubieras recibido una mirada rara de tu carnicero si hubieras pedido este corte ya que es un tipo de carne muy local. Afortunadamente se ha hecho muy popular desde entonces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otros Nombres del Tri-Tip<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tri-tip se le conoce con muchos diferentes nombres. He mentionado el empuje de res como se le conoce en M\u00e9xico. El t\u00e9rmino medio is ideal para una carne jugosa y tierna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalmente se sella por todos lados por unos minutos y luego se cocina fuego lento, approximadamente 10 minutos por libra. Aunque esto depende del m\u00e9todo y temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se hace en barbecue en California, significa que una vez que est\u00e1 sazonado y sellado se pone en la parrilla, la cual se eleva sobre las brasas de roble donde desarrolla un sabor ahumado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego hay que dejarlo reposar, tanto para que siga el cocimiento como para que los jugos se reintegren a la carne. Lo ideal es al menos 10 minutos. Admito que es dif\u00edcil esperar porque huele riqu\u00edsimo, pero vale la pena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y siempre reb\u00e1nalo perpendicularmente a las fibras de la carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a su distintiva forma triangular y a su diferente grosor, la punta m\u00e1s delgada del extremo se cocinar\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente lo que la hace perfecta para aquellos que les guste la carne tres cuartos o bien cocida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso es lo bueno de este corte, que puede satisfacer diferentes preferencias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sazonador al Estilo Mexicano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos es combinar los sabores mexicanos con sabores que he aprendido a amar de la cocina americana. A mi me gustan las de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o, de tacos de la calle, pero puedes usar las de tama\u00f1o regular. en un comal o sart\u00e9n, pero si tienes una estufa de gas, calentarlas con cuidado sobre la llama abierta dora los bordes lo que les da un sabor incre\u00edble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La carne en s\u00ed es deliciosa, pero al agregar los ingredientes frescos, estos tacos quedan para chuparse los dedos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lechuga agrega frescura y textura crujiente, la cebolla roja en escabeche y el jugo de lim\u00f3n agregan acidez; la salsa, el queso y el aguacate a\u00f1aden cremosidad y un poco de picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s Recetas de Tacos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres refrigerador antes de empezar la preparaci\u00f3n. Con un cuchillo o tijeras, corta un poco de la capa de grasa que tiene en uno de sus lados pero no lo elimines toda; una capa delgada es importante para agregar sabor y humedad a la carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espolvorea la mezcla de especias por toda su superficie mientras frotas y presionas con la mano para que se adhiera bien.
