Ideal para cuando tienes antojo de guacamole pero no tienes muchos aguacates en casa. Esta salsa va muy bien en tacos, quesadillas y antojitos mexicanos. Es como una mezcla entre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2013\/01\/receta-de-salsa-verde.html\" class=\"ek-link\">salsa verde<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2012\/03\/rico-guacamole.html\" class=\"ek-link\">guacamole<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escoge los tomatillos m\u00e1s frescos que encuentres, de tama\u00f1o mediano. El aguacate es el que le da esa consistencia cremosa. Pero su tama\u00f1o influye en el sabor de la salsa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el aguacate es peque\u00f1o o mediano la salsa tendr\u00e1 un sabor un poco m\u00e1s agridulce. Si el aguacate es m\u00e1s grande ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s cremosa y menos agridulce. Pero tambi\u00e9n se congela muy bien hasta por un mes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir la Salsa de Aguacate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es deliciosa en tacos, como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2016\/09\/como-hacer-tacos-al-pastor-en-casa.html\" class=\"ek-link\">tacos al pastor<\/a>, tacos de tri-tip o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2017\/09\/tacos-de-chorizo-con-cebolla-y-elote-asados.html\" class=\"ek-link\">tacos de chorizo<\/a>. Lava, remueve el tallo y corta los chiles serranos por mitad. A\u00f1ade el n\u00famero de serranos de tu gusto dependiendo del picor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lava y pela la cebolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca los tomatillos, chiles serranos y cebolla en una olla peque\u00f1a, agrega el agua y cuece a fuego alto hasta que suelte el hervor. Baja la temperatura y hierve a fuego lento por 5 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos pero que mantengan su forma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabr\u00e1s que est\u00e1n cocidos cuando cambien del color verde fuerte a color verde militar. Apaga el fuego inmediatamente y deja enfriar por 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda los tomates, chiles y cebolla, sin el agua del cocimiento (pero no te deshagas de ella), a una licuadora o procesador de alimentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade el cilantro, la sal y el aguacate pelado (sin semilla) y lic\u00faa hasta que todo se integre y forme una salsa cremosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como cada aguacate es de diferente tama\u00f1o la consistencia de la salsa va a variar cada vez que la prepares. Si est\u00e1 muy espesa agrega un poco del agua del cocimiento que reservaste hasta llegar a la consistencia deseada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajusta de sal de ser necesario. Vac\u00eda a una salsera y disfruta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gu\u00e1rdala en el refrigerador en un contenedor con tapadera.
