Y la receta de hoy es una de ellas. Esta ensalada servida en un <strong>bollo estilo Parkerhouse de Bridgford<\/strong> hace un sandwich bello que ir\u00e1 muy bien con otros platillos de tu men\u00fa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfY sabes qu\u00e9 es lo mejor? Pues porque tiene el balance perfecto de dulce y salado. Los d\u00e1tiles dulces junto a la mayonesa, y la cebolla hacen una combinaci\u00f3n deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y luego lo crujiente viene del tocino y las macadamias. S\u00f3lo necesito descongelarlos, dejarlos leudar solitos y hornearlos para tener pan calientito y suave por dentro y crujiente por fuera. Esto tomar\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos dos horas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo generalmente los dejo fuera del refri hasta que lleguen a temperatura ambiente, luego prendo mi horno a la temperatura m\u00e1s baja posible por unos 30 segundos, hasta llegar a 37 \u00b0C o 100 \u00b0F. Es recomendable hacer la ensalada con anterioridad porque nos ahorra tiempo pero, lo m\u00e1s importante, permite que todos los sabores se combinen muy bien.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca el pollo en una olla, agrega las hojas de laurel, sal, y ajos. Cubre con agua (mi olla necesit\u00f3 3 tazas). Cubre y cuece a fuego alto hasta que el agua suelte el hervor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce la temperatura a fuego medio-alto y contin\u00faa con el cocimiento por unos 35-40 minutos o hasta que el pollo se deshebre con facilidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes cocinar el pollo en tu olla express o en una olla de cocimiento lento. Vac\u00eda el caldo de pollo en un frasco y cuando se enfr\u00ede ponlo en el refigerador para usarlo en otro receta. Va muy bien con sopas o arroz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras el pollo se est\u00e1 cociendo, prepara el resto de los ingredientes. Fr\u00ede y pica el tocino. Pica finamente los d\u00e1tiles, las macadamias y la parte verde del ceboll\u00edn. Deja a un lado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepara la Ensalada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshebra el pollo y ponlo en un taz\u00f3n mediano. A\u00f1ade el tocino, d\u00e1tiles, macadamia, ceboll\u00edn y mayonesa. Mezcla bien y prueba de sal. Precalienta el horno a 190\u00b0C (375 \u00baF) y prep\u00e1ralos para el horneado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes dos opciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuidadosamente porque no queremos sacar el aire que se ha formado dentro, barniza con una capa de mantequilla derretida justo antes de hornear y otra despu\u00e9s del horneado. <\/li><li>Mi opci\u00f3n favorita. Bate el huevo con 1\/4 de cucharadita de agua y barniza cada bollito.
