Si no los tienes a la mano, puedes omitirlos, pero si tienes algunos frescos, a\u00f1\u00e1delos, le dar\u00e1n un buen sabor.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla Blanca<\/strong>: Esta es la cebolla tradicional en salsas mexicanas por su frescura y sabor. Si no tienes blanca puedes usar amarilla.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cilantro Fresco<\/strong>: Es la hierba tradicional para la salsa taquera. Si no te gusta, o quieres variarla, usa una cucharada sopera de or\u00e9gano seco. Sin embargo aqu\u00ed te doy una variaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol id=\"isPasted\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara los ingredientes.\u00a0<\/strong>Lava las verduras (no las piques o cortes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara el sart\u00e9n<\/strong>: Calienta un sart\u00e9n, comal, si tienes una sart\u00e9n de hierro forjado a\u00fan mejor, sobre fuego bajo.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tatema las verduras<\/strong>: A\u00f1ade un poquit\u00edn de aceite y coloca los jitomates (con el ombligo abajo primero), cebolla, ajos pelados y chiles. Asa hasta que veas la piel de las verduras con un tono negruzco. Algo a considerar: los ajos y las cebollas estar\u00e1n listos antes que los chiles y los jitomates. S\u00e1calos del sart\u00e9n antes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfr\u00eda ligeramente<\/strong>: Despu\u00e9s de unos minutos remueve las patitas de los chiles antes de moler.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Variaci\u00f3n: Si quieres una salsa m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, corta los ingredientes a la mitad, ponlos en una olla y cubre con agua. Hierve a fuego lento hasta que est\u00e9n suaves (pero conservando su forma) 5-8 minutos. La salsa tendr\u00e1 un sabor m\u00e1s ligero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licuar para obtener la textura perfecta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o food processor con la sal y el cilantro. No te apresures: empieza a licuar a velocidad baja y ve aumentando hasta obtener la textura que te guste. \u00bfTe gusta m\u00e1s espesa? Lic\u00faa menos tiempo. \u00bfPrefieres algo m\u00e1s l\u00edquida?
