Es una combinaci\u00f3n irresistible de sabores dulces y salados; y texturas suaves y crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su origen es incierto pero se cree se remonta a la \u00e9poca colonial de M\u00e9xico cuando los espa\u00f1oles trajeron consigo sus tradiciones culinarias y religiosas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta original consist\u00eda en pan duro remojado en agua de piloncillo (o panela como se le conoce en algunos lugares) con nueces pasas y canela. Cada familia tiene su propia receta. Algunas familias prefieren agregar queso Oaxaca, mozzarella, y queso amarillo o chedar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rajas de canela y clavos de olor<\/strong> &#8211; Algunas familias usan an\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/40g8Exj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Piloncillo<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Es un tipo de az\u00facar sin refinar en forma de cono. Tambi\u00e9n conocido como panela en algunos lugares. La capirotada de agua como su nombre lo indica se prepara con un jarabe a base de agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cambio, la capirotada de leche, como su nombre tambi\u00e9n lo indica se prepara con leche. Necesitar\u00e1s voltearlos despu\u00e9s de 4-5 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, combina el piloncillo, agua, canela y clavos de olor en una olla y ponla a fuego medio alto.
