Se ve y sabe como hecho en casa, es suave y delicioso, pero su preparaci\u00f3n requiere de muy poco y casi no hay nada que limpiar despu\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi secreto es usar la masa de pan de Bridgford. S\u00f3lo necesito descongelarla, prepararla y hornearla. No hay necesidad de mezclar,  ni de amasar nada, la mayor\u00eda del tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n es simplemente dejarla fermentar solita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfMencion\u00e9 que esta receta es f\u00e1cil? De verdad hay muy poco que hacer. Usar\u00e1s 225 gr (8.5 oz aprox)<\/li><li>1 huevo<\/li><li>Or\u00e9gano mexicano seco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Descongela la Masa de Pan. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca la barra de pan congelado en un molde para pan de 9&#215;5 pulgadas (aprox 22.5 x 12.5 cm) engrasado con aceite de oliva. Luego embarra m\u00e1s aceite de oliva sobre todo el pan. Cierra la bolsa y pon el resto en el congelador para usarse en una ocasi\u00f3n posterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade 1\/3 de taza de agua, tapa y permite que se caliente por unos 4 minutos sobre temperatura media-alta y luego otros 4 minutos a temperatura media, moviendo de vez en cuando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Chorizo vegetariano en una sart\u00e9n\" class=\"wp-image-50518\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet-560x840.jpg 560w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/chorizo-crumbles-skillet.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9jalo enfr\u00edar y mete al refrigerador hasta el momento de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebana 250 gr (aprox 8.5 oz) del queso mozzarella y pon en el refrigerador hasta el momento de usarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haz el Trenzado<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la masa del pan ha leudado, vac\u00edala sobre una superficie limpia y enharinada. Con un rodillo exti\u00e9ndela hasta formar un rect\u00e1ngulo de aproximadamente 35 x 25 cm (14&#215;10 pulgadas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca la mitad de las rebanadas de queso en una columna en el centro de la masa extendida, de un lado a otro de la parte m\u00e1s larga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esparce el chorizo encima del queso y termina con otra capa de queso sobre el chorizo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma un cuchillo y haz 6-7 cortadas diagonales en cada lado de la masa empezando a un par de cent\u00edmetros desde arriba, para formar las tiras para el trenzado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobla la parte superior sobre el relleno y luego toma una tira de la derecha y col\u00f3cala cruzada sobre el relleno en forma diagonal hacia la izquierda, luego toma una de la izquierda y cruza hacia la derecha.
