Yo encuentro que el de lata es casi de la misma calidad pero el ahorro de tiempo realmente lo vale. En muchos supermercados puedes encontrar frascos en el \u00e1rea de especias que ya viene con todo combinado, en general tiene canela, clavo o allspice, y jengibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo en el caso de las especias si debo enfatizar que mientras m\u00e1s frescas mejor, y que si las pones por separado puedes variar el sabor de acuerdo a tu gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, nosotros somos fans de la canela, as\u00ed que le ponemos un poquito m\u00e1s de lo que otras recetas similares piden, en lugar del clavo nos gusta ponerle nuez moscada y el jengibre fresco es mil veces mejor que el molido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te invito a que pruebes la receta tal cual y para la segunda vez la modifiques a tu gusto de ser necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Un pay de pumpkin decorado con crema batida\" class=\"wp-image-50177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v-560x840.jpg 560w, https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pay-calabaza-costra-galleta-v.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Costra de Galleta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las recetas de pay de calabaza requieren de una costra hecha de harina y mantequilla, como yo deseaba crear un pay un poco diferente, me inclin\u00e9 por la de galleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta costra de galleta y mantequilla es adem\u00e1s muy f\u00e1cil de hacer y no requiere de horneado, s\u00f3lo hay que mezclar los ingredientes, cubrir el molde, vaciar el relleno y a hornear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mantequilla contiene un nivel sumamente b\u00e1sico de lactosa, el cual generalmente no afecta a quienes padecen de la intolerancia, sin embargo si deseas hacerlo 100% sin lactosa, puedes cambiar la mantequilla por margarina vegetal o bien ghee que es mantequilla clarificada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para darle una capa extra de sabor y frescura a la costra, le a\u00f1ad\u00ed un poco de jengibre fresco rallado. La ralladura de 1-2 cent\u00edmetros de jengibre fresco. Si el jengibre es un poco ancho entonces ser\u00e1 s\u00f3lo 1 cm, si es delgado, como se ve en el video, entonces 2 cm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combina la galleta y el jengibre muy bien y vac\u00eda la mantequilla derretida. Con tus manos revuelve bien y luego presiona el fondo y las paredes para formar la costra.
