Me gusta porque es un jugo de naranja que no viene de concentrado, es fresco y me ahorra un mont\u00f3n de tiempo usarlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">Tip de compras: Encuentra la pasta de achiote en el departamento de alimentos hispanos de tu supermercado (si vives en Estados Unidos y otras partes del mundo). En M\u00e9xico en el \u00e1rea de especias. Yo prefiero hacerlo en la olla express, pero tambi\u00e9n puede prepararse usando una olla de cocci\u00f3n lenta o sobre la estufa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son los tiempos aproximados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olla o caldero sobre la estufa: aprox 45-50 minutos <\/li><li>Olla express regular (sobre la estufa): 12 minutos (contados a partir del momento que llega a presi\u00f3n) + 15 minutos para dejar que la presi\u00f3n baje por si sola.<\/li><li>Olla de presi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, hay varios modelos en el mercado: 10 minutos (despu\u00e9s de haber alcanzado la presi\u00f3n) + 17 minutos para dejar que la presi\u00f3n baje sola. <\/li><li>Olla de cocci\u00f3n lenta: 4 horas en high, 8 hours en low.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por favor sigue las instrucciones de tu electr\u00f3domestico ya que pueden tener diferentes tiempos. Porque s\u00f3lo tengo que calentar la carne y los frijoles y preparar los ingredientes extras (queso, lechuga, cebollitas, etc), ponerlo todo en la mesa y dejar que cada quien se prepare la suya a su antojo. F\u00e1cil de servir y f\u00e1cil de limpiar despu\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tostadas est\u00e1n llenas de capas de sabor, frijoles, lechuga, carne, cebolla morada, aguacate y queso, \u00a1deliciosas! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para estas tostadas us\u00e9 el queso rallado de Borden, llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bordencheese.com\/product\/finely-shredded-four-cheese-mexican-shreds\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored\" class=\"ek-link\">Four Cheese Mexican<\/a> el cual lo encuentro f\u00e1cilmente en mi \u00e1rea. Es una combinaci\u00f3n de queso asadero, blanco, Monterey Jack y amarillo. Puedes encontrarlas en tu supermercado en el \u00e1rea de frutas y verduras y en otros casos en el departamento de congelados. Pregunta en tu tienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si no las encuentras, \u00a1no te preocupes! Luego s\u00e9calas. Una cosa, se rompen con facilidad as\u00ed que hazlo con cuidado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que la hoja se haga flexible y m\u00e1s resistente hay que pasarla por calor. Calienta un comal o sart\u00e9n y coloca la hoja encima, ver\u00e1s como ir\u00e1 cambiando de color, este es un proceso r\u00e1pido para evitar que se quemen. Calienta el comal o la sart\u00e9n. Coloca una hoja limpia y seca encima y ver\u00e1s como r\u00e1pidamente empezar\u00e1 a tomar un color verde brillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigue movi\u00e9ndola hasta que toda la superficie ha cambiado de color. Repite con la otra hoja.
