Una ensalada jugosa, dulce y llena de fruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver\u00e1s que la fruta flota en una exquisita combinaci\u00f3n de jugo de jamaica y betabel o remolacha. Yo recuerdo que cada 23 de diciembre ve\u00eda como mi abuelita, y luego mi t\u00eda, preparaban el jugo de jamaica y betabel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y luego el 24 de diciembre en la ma\u00f1ana mi abuelita, mis t\u00edas, mi mam\u00e1 y yo nos sent\u00e1bamos en la cocina a charlar mientras pel\u00e1bamos y cort\u00e1bamos la fruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejo:<\/strong> Te recomiendo que la hagas al menos 8 horas antes de servirla. Nos encantar\u00eda verla y tener la posibilidad de compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ensalada de Nochebuena<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-oepxgf8dbugvc3yt2oyg\" data-video-id=\"oepxgf8dbugvc3yt2oyg\" data-ratio=\"\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprox 45 tazas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 betabeles medianos<\/li><li>1\/4 kg (aprox 1\/2 libra) de flor de jamaica seca<\/li><li>3 tazas de az\u00facar, dividida<\/li><li>15 guayabas<\/li><li>4 manzanas<\/li><li>45 tejocotes<\/li><li>1 j\u00edcama mediana<\/li><li>4 naranjas<\/li><li>4 mandarinas<\/li><li>4 limas (si no sabes que son las limas, te cuento que parece una combinaci\u00f3n entre lim\u00f3n verde y lim\u00f3n amarillo, pero su sabor es muy dulce y perfumado, checa la foto anterior)<\/li><li>1\/2 kilo de cacahuates pelados (si quieres puedes agregar m\u00e1s, depende de tu gusto)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelapapas<\/li><li>Cuchillo<\/li><li>Tabla de picar<\/li><li>2 ollas medianas con tapadera<\/li><li>Una ensaladera grande<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que es recomendable hacer esta ensalada con anticipaci\u00f3n para que todos los sabores se combinen bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pela los betabeles y ponlos a cocer en un hervidor con aprox litro y medio a dos litros de agua, agrega una taza de az\u00facar y ponlos a cocer hasta que est\u00e9n suaves, aprox 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla grande pon la jamaica, aprox 4 litros de agua y 1 1\/2 a dos tazas de az\u00facar.&nbsp; Coloca sobre fuego alto y revuelve hasta que el az\u00facar se haya disuelto. Cuando suelte el hervor, baja el fuego y deja cocinar por unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deja que los betabeles y la jamaica se enfr\u00eden. Pela y corta en peque\u00f1os cuadros las manzanas, los tejocotes, y la j\u00edcama. Ponlos con el resto de las frutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuela el jugo de betabel encima de la fruta y luego cuidadosamente cuela el jugo de la jamaica sobre ellas.
