Tan humilde en sus or\u00edgenes y tan vers\u00e1til en su uso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos sabores juntos ofrecen una trifecta culinaria muy dif\u00edcil de resistir. \u00bfTe animas a prepararlas? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haciendo Crepas Caseras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas crepas se preparan rapid\u00edsimo. S\u00f3lo necesitas unos cuantos minutos para preparar los ingredientes y 3 minutos m\u00e1s para hacer la mezcla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un paso importante, sin embargo, es dejar reposar la mezcla, al menos por una hora. Y no pueden faltar en mis postres veraniegos obviamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una an\u00e9cdota real: Cuando me mud\u00e9 a California hace algunos a\u00f1os, mi esposo me sugiri\u00f3 que probara la <a aria-label=\"Land O Lakes unsalted butter (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"ek-link ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landolakes.com\/products\/butter-spreads\/unsalted-butter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored\">mantequilla Land O Lakes<\/a>. El es un fan de esta marca y su gusto se lo atribuye a la influencia de uno de sus jefes quien era un foodie, antes de que esa palabra se hiciera famosa y quien era el gerente de un grupo vin\u00edcola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Land O Lakes?&#8221; le pregunt\u00e9. Y el me dijo, &#8220;por su frescura&#8221;. Me dijo que hace a\u00f1os esta marca fue una de las primeras que empez\u00f3 a imprimir la fecha de frescura en el paquete. Algo que es com\u00fan ahora, pero no lo era antes. Las fresas y la crema batida hacen una combinaci\u00f3n muy sabrosa. Sin embargo el helado de vainilla de verdad es lo que le da el toque final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las servimos con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graeters.com\/vanilla\" class=\"ek-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">helado de vainilla de Madagascar de Graeter's Ice Cream<\/a> porque nos encanta. Mientras tanto lava y rebana las fresas y prepara la crema batida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Tip de cocina:<\/strong> La mezcla de crepas puede conservarse en el refrigerador hasta por 24 horas sin que pierda su frescura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma la mezcla del refrigerador y revuelve bien. Deja a un lado. Esto hace el proceso m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la crepa se ha cocido ver\u00e1s como las orillas se van separando ligeramente de la sart\u00e9n (aproximadamente 1 minuto). Toma la esp\u00e1tula de silic\u00f3n y sep\u00e1ralas un poco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voltea la crepa y cocina 20-30 segundos m\u00e1s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Nota: <\/strong>No importa lo que haga, siempre la primera crepa es un fracaso. Nunca queda bien, es dif\u00edcil de voltearla y se rompe en piezas. Imagina que la crepa tiene dos lineas perpendiculares que forman cuatro secciones triangulares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esparse una cucharada sopera de crema batida sobre uno de los tri\u00e1ngulos. Cubre con las fresas, dobla la crepa encima del relleno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego dobla por mitad, as\u00ed se ver\u00e1n en tri\u00e1ngulo, como en la foto. Repite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca el n\u00famero deseado de crepas (a mi me gusta servir 3) en un plato, agrega una buena bola del helado cremoso de vainilla, decora con m\u00e1s fresas frescas y menta.
