Su relleno es esponjoso y cubierta crocante es muy similar, aunque en la telera es un poco m\u00e1s suave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la masa, si hay una ligera variaci\u00f3n (aunque algunas personas de hecho usan la misma receta). Para mi la telera es un poco m\u00e1s suave y dulce que el bolillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi receta lleva un poquito de mantequilla y un poco de az\u00facar. Encuentra un lugar tibio sin corrientes de aire donde puedas poner la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo generalmente uso el horno tibio, pero apagado este es mi consejo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Tip de fermentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Si tu casa es muy fr\u00eda, tiene corrientes de aire o el clima es muy seco puedes crear un espacio tibio en tu horno de esta manera. Prende el horno por medio minuto a la temperatura m\u00e1s baja, esto lo entibiar\u00e1. Ap\u00e1galo completamente y cerci\u00f3rate que la temperatura del interior es menor de 100 \u00b0F o 37 \u00b0C.
