Pon el pavo en el contenedor de pl\u00e1stico, a\u00f1ade, el ajo, las tres botellas de vino, los limones, el agua restante y el agua con las especias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pavo debe quedar completamente sumergido en el l\u00edquido. Tapa la cubeta y refrigera por 12 horas.Despu\u00e9s de las 12 horas, saca el pavo de la salmuera, s\u00e9calo con servilletas de papel y d\u00e9jalo reposar por 10 minutos a temperatura ambiente.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 260 \u00b0C (400 \u00b0F).&nbsp;Toma las ramas de romero y de apio e introd\u00facelas en la cavidad de pavo. Con una brocha de cocina, cubre todo el pavo con aceite de oliva y despu\u00e9s ponlo en la charola para hornear, ya sea s\u00f3lo o dentro de una bolsa de hornear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hornea (sin cubrir) hasta que est\u00e9 completamente cocido. Si notas que se est\u00e1 dorando mucho pero todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 listo, c\u00fabrelo con papel aluminio.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tiempos de cocido var\u00edan dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de tu ave, que en promedio es 15-18 minutos por libra. Cuando el pavo est\u00e1 listo, s\u00e1calo del horno y d\u00e9jalo reposar por al menos 20 minutos antes de partirlo.
