de ma\u00edz y ba\u00f1adas en salsa de jitomate. Su nombre viene precisamente de eso: tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de las enchiladas, la salsa de las entomatadas no lleva chile como ingrediente principal, lo que las hace perfectas para quienes prefieren sabores m\u00e1s suaves o para ni\u00f1os que a\u00fan no toleran el picante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El relleno m\u00e1s com\u00fan es queso fresco con cebolla, aunque tambi\u00e9n se pueden rellenar con pollo deshebrado, frijoles, o simplemente doblarse sin relleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se sirven con crema, queso, y algunas veces con aguacate y cilantro. Roma o guaje es mi preferencia pero puedes usar otro de tu gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla blanca:<\/strong> puedes sustituir con cebolla morada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo:<\/strong> para darle un sabor m\u00e1s profundo a la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso fresco:<\/strong> es el relleno cl\u00e1sico, puedes sustituir con queso cotija (aunque este es un poco m\u00e1s fuerte en sabor), o reques\u00f3n. Otra opci\u00f3n es usar mozarella o queso Oaxaca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tortillas de maiz:<\/strong> de tama\u00f1o regular. Pero puedes usar la taquera tambi\u00e9n, aunque la porci\u00f3n cambiar\u00e1. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite:<\/strong> para freir la salsa y las tortillas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adornos:<\/strong> crema, cilantro y aguacate, todo opcional. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Entomatadas de Queso en Pocas Palabras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara la salsa de jitomate.<\/strong> Cuece las verduras, lic\u00faa y fr\u00ede en aceite. Cuece a fuelo lento por 8-10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara el relleno<\/strong>. Desmorona el queso fresco y revuelve con la cebolla picada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00ede y ba\u00f1a las tortillas.<\/strong> Calienta las tortillas, p\u00e1salas por aceite y sum\u00e9rgelas en la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirve.<\/strong> Rellena las entomatadas, cubre con queso fresco, crema y cilantro. Sirve inmediatamente acompa\u00f1adas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2026\/03\/arroz-blanco-mexicano.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"99351\">arroz blanco<\/a>, o frijoles o ensalada verde. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de Silvia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No las rellenes de m\u00e1s<\/strong>, la salsa de jitomate debe ser la estrella del platillo. Si les p ones demasiado queso, pierdes el balance y el sabor de la salsa se pierde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fr\u00ede las tortillas<\/strong> antes de ba\u00f1arlas con la salsa, aunque sea r\u00e1pido. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que no se deshaga la tortilla con facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guarda el agua del cocimiento<\/strong>, la necesitar\u00e1s para ajustar la textura de la salsa. Despu\u00e9s la puedes usar para hacer arroz o sopa aguada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa necesita fre\u00edrse, este paso es clave para que reduzca su acidez natural y tome cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQuieres un toque picante?<\/strong> Agrega un chile serrano o jalape\u00f1o a la salsa, o mejor a\u00fan, prepara una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2014\/05\/salsa-roja-martajada.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5384\">salsa roja<\/a> y a\u00f1ade al momento de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra forma de servirlas es en lugar de doblarlas, enrollarlas, cubrirlas con el resto de la salsa, queso (de preferencia que se derrita) y hornearlas por 15 minutos a 175 C (350 F).
