Me encantar\u00e1 verla y tener la oportunidad de compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamales Verdes de Pollo Sin Manteca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-yhefx9wkrorig2jkazlb\" data-video-id=\"yhefx9wkrorig2jkazlb\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>45 tamales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50-60 hojas de tamal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para el Relleno<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3\/4 kg pollo cocido y deshebrado (aprox 1.5 libras)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 kg tomatillos, pelados y lavados (aprox. 1 libra)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cebolla blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 chiles serranos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4 taza de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un ramo grande de cilantro fresco, lavado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano seco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para la Masa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 tazas de harina para tortillas (masa harina, mi favorita es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/masiendastore\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Masienda<\/a>, mira la promoci\u00f3n abajo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tazas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de mantequilla derretida (aprox. 4 oz o 115 gr)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 tazas de caldo de pollo, divididas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Utensilios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamalera o vaporera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurridor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taz\u00f3n grande (cristal o aluminio)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servilleta de tela<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Separa las hojas de tamal y col\u00f3calas en una olla grande, yo generalmente uso la tamalera (sin la rejilla). Vac\u00eda la salsa verde y cuece por unos 5-7 minutos o hasta que la salsa ha tomado un tono verde olivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega el pollo, revuelve bien para que se combine con la salsa y calienta por unos cinco minutos. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca una hoja de tamal sobre la superficie enfrente de t\u00ed y toma una toma una bolita de masa de unos 4 cent\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro aproximadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con tus manos apach\u00farrala hasta formar una especie de tortilla un poco gruesa.
