Recuerda que se rompen con facilidad, ten cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez lavadas, d\u00e9jalas escurrir y finalmente s\u00e9calas con una toalla de cocina. Cuando las seques hazlo de lado a lado siguiendo las l\u00edneas de la hoja para evitar romperlas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calienta un comal o una sart\u00e9n y pasa las hojas de pl\u00e1tano por calor, ver\u00e1s que conforme se van calentando van cambiando a un color verde m\u00e1s claro. Se pondr\u00e1n brillantes, flexibles y m\u00e1s resistentes. Tapa y deja a un lado hasta el momento de usarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepara la Masa para los Tamales Oaxaque\u00f1os<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bate la manteca hasta acremar, vac\u00eda el aceite de oliva y sigue moviendo hasta integrar bien. Este proceso lo puedes hacer a mano, pero si lo prefieres puedes hacerlo tambi\u00e9n en batidora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade la harina de Maseca, la sal, el polvo para hornear y revuelve. Vac\u00eda la mitad del caldo de pollo y mezcla, y ve vaciando m\u00e1s caldo de pollo conforme se vaya integrando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final la masa debe sentirse h\u00fameda pero no l\u00edquida y se despegar\u00e1 de tus manos sin problemas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haz los Tamales<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que todos los tamales te queden m\u00e1s o menos del mismo tama\u00f1o te recomiendo que separes la masa antes de empezar. Apl\u00e1stala con tus dedos o tu mano hasta lograr el grosor deseado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca 1-2 cucharaditas del pollo con mole en el centro de la masa. Si lo deseas puedes amarrar los tamales con hijo de cocina o con tiras hechas de las mismas hojas de pl\u00e1tano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca 3-4 tazas de agua en el fondo de una vaporera o tamalera. Coloca la rejilla y c\u00fabrela con algunas de las hojas de pl\u00e1tano que te sobraron. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca los tamales acosados horizontalmente y cubre con el resto de las hojas de pl\u00e1tano, cubre con la tapa y espera hasta que el agua comience a hervir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando suelte el hervor, baja la temperatura para mantener el agua hirviendo suavemente. Cuece los tamales a vapor por una hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apaga el fuego y deja reposar por 5-10 minutos. Los tamales estar\u00e1n listos cuando se separen de la hoja f\u00e1cilmente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-45746\"
