Escoge unas 3-5 (dependiendo de su tama\u00f1o por zanahoria de tama\u00f1o regular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calabazas<\/strong>: las calabazas tradicionales para esta sopa son las calabazas alargadas de color verde y blanco, que en Estados Unidos se conocen como Mexican squash. Se pueden sustituir por zuchinni (que es la calabaza de color verde oscuro) o las calabazas amarillas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crema entera<\/strong>: la crema le dar\u00e1 la cremosidad y sabor. Puedes sustituirla por media crema o con leche evaporada. Si quieres una sopa sin l\u00e1cteos, usa caldo de pollo o de verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concentrado de consom\u00e9 de pollo<\/strong>: ya sea en polvo, o en pasta. O bien puedes usar caldo de pollo o caldo de verduras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mantequilla<\/strong>: para darle a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabor. Puedes sustituir con aceite de oliva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crema de Verduras sin L\u00e1cteos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por alguna raz\u00f3n mientras m\u00e1s a\u00f1os tengo, a veces los l\u00e1cteos me molestan un poquit\u00edn, por lo que regularmente ajusto las cremas que preparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo bueno de esta receta es que utiliza calabaza y, cuando est\u00e1 cocida y molida hasta que se ponga tersa, da una consistencia cremosa y ligera a la vez incre\u00edble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esa raz\u00f3n, esta es una de esas recetas en las que la sustituci\u00f3n de leche se puede hacer sin ning\u00fan problema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consom\u00e9 de Pollo o Caldo de Pollo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El consom\u00e9 de pollo en polvo es como aprend\u00ed a hacer muchos platillos mexicanos, porque es lo que mi familia usaba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poco a poco lo he ido sustituyendo por otros productos, como el caldo de pollo que guardo cuando cocino esta carne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro producto que uso se llama &#8220;Better than bouillon&#8221;, que encuentro f\u00e1cilmente en las tiendas o en Costco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usa lo que a ti te guste, en esta receta he sustituido el consom\u00e9 en polvo por caldo de pollo. Pero igual te dar\u00e9 sustituciones si quieres usarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de Silvia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El sabor de esta sopa es delicado porque queremos que la zanahoria brille, adem\u00e1s el sabor del tipo de caldo de pollo que uses agrega sabor tambi\u00e9n. Sin embargo si quieres algo con m\u00e1s saz\u00f3n puedes agregar alguna hierba de olor como tomillo o mejorana. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepara doble cantidad si quieres servir en tazones ya que esta
