S\u00e1calas del refrigerador para que lleguen a temperatura ambiente pero no les quites la envoltura hasta el momento de usarlas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 375\u00b0 F. (190\u00b0 C.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combina aceite de oliva, ajo, sal y pimienta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma una hoja grande de papel pergamino y col\u00f3calo sobre una superficie lisa y limpia. Desenvuelve las l\u00e1minas de filo y cuidadosamente desenr\u00f3llalas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00fabrelas con pl\u00e1stico de cocina y luego con la servilleta de tela h\u00fameda. Esto evitar\u00e1 que se sequen mientras haces la tarta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma una l\u00e1mina de filo y col\u00f3cala sobre el papel pergamino. Ver\u00e1s que la l\u00e1mina es muy delgada, esto hace que a veces se rompan. La octava l\u00e1mina es un poco diferente. En lugar de cubrirla toda con el aceite, s\u00f3lo hazlo en las orillas (mira el video).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobla todas las orillas hacia el centro para crear el borde. Pon una capa de queso (sabor taco), luego las rajas, cebolla, queso mozzarella y provolone y termina con una capa de elote desgranado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hornea 12-14 minutos o hasta que el queso se haya derretido.
