Sin membres\u00eda y sin necesidad de cortar cupones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi presupuesto era de $50 d\u00f3lares. Gast\u00e9 en total $47.84 aunque el costo real de los ingredientes para las tostadas fue de s\u00f3lo $30.39, con lo que me sobr\u00f3 compr\u00e9 algunas nueces y otros ingredientes para hacer chiles en nogada la semana que viene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto f\u00e1cilmente me hubiera salido en casi lo doble en otro supermercado. Cubre con agua y cuece sobre la estufa a temperatura alta. Una vez que suelte el hervor baja a temperatura media-alta.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estar\u00e1n listas en aproximadamente media hora, pero empieza a checar el cocimiento a partir de los 20 minutos. Es f\u00e1cil, inserta un tenedor en una papa o una zanahoria, si se inserta sin problema ya est\u00e1n listas, si hay resistencia necesitan un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n sobre fuego alto calienta las tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Vac\u00eda las latas de frijoles con todo y el l\u00edquido y machaca hasta que todos los frijoles se hayan despedazado. Baja la temperatura a media-alta y revuelve hasta que se integren completamente y se espesen un poco. Aproximadamente 10 minutos. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desmenuza el pollo cocido. Pela y rebana las papas y zanahorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebana y lava la lechuga. Rebana los jitomates y la cebolla.
