Se a\u00f1adieron fotos, videos y se hicieron ligeros ajustes a la receta, dando m\u00e1s detalles para hacer el proceso a\u00fan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chiles Jalape\u00f1os Rellenos de Queso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #888888;\">10 Chiles<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10 chiles jalape\u00f1os grandes<\/li><li>200 g (aprox 1\/2 lb) de queso Oaxaca o Manchego o cualquier otro queso blanco derretible<\/li><li>3 huevos<\/li><li>2 tazas de pan molido sazonado<\/li><li>Aceite para fre\u00edr, aproximadamente 1 taza<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lava y seca muy bien los chiles.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un cuchillo filoso, y con mucho cuidado has una abertura lateral a lo largo del chile, y luego dos aberturas peque\u00f1as a cada uno de los lados de la abertura principal en la parte alta del chile. Se ver\u00e1 como una especie de &#8220;T&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta abertura te permitir\u00e1 quitar las venas y semillas y mantener la estructura del chile tambi\u00e9n. Repite dos veces m\u00e1s hasta un total de tres capas de huevo y tres capas de pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procura no cubrir mucho la abertura para evitar que mucho huevo y mucho pan entre dentro del chile.
