A\u00f1ade la otra mitad y contin\u00faa pulsando hasta que la mezcla se vea como arena gruesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda  la mitad del agua y pulsa 3-4 veces. A\u00f1ade el resto y pulsa de nuevo. La mezcla deber\u00e1 verse como arena gruesa medio seca, medio mojada. Sabr\u00e1s que est\u00e1 lista si cuando tomas un poco en tus manos y cierras el pu\u00f1o mantiene la forma. No deber\u00e1 estar super m\u00f3jada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no tienes procesador de alimentos, sigue las instrucciones pero usando los tenedores para desbaratar la mantequilla y unirla con la harina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide la masa en dos y forma dos bolas (no la amases demasiado, s\u00f3lo lo suficiente para formar la bola. C\u00fabrelas con pl\u00e1stico de cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma el rodillo y dale una extendida r\u00e1pida a la masa (todav\u00eda cubierta con el pl\u00e1stico) para aplanarla. Refrigera por al menos 1 hora. Si tienes tiempo te recomiendo que la hagas un d\u00eda antes. Eso te ahorrar\u00e1 tiempo y pasos de preparaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda que las hagas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla la fruta picada con el az\u00facar, prueba de dulzura, si necesita un ajuste hazlo en este momento. A\u00f1ade la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz y ralladura de naranja. Enharina tu \u00e1rea de trabajo y el rodillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extiende la masa hasta que est\u00e9 bien delgada. Corta los corazones usando el molde de galletas o stencil. Coloca dos cucharadas soperas de fruta en el centro de cada coraz\u00f3n. Con tus dedos pincha la masa en la parte inferior para formar el pico del coraz\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego cuidadosamente ve doblando la masa alrededor de la fruta para crear la forma del coraz\u00f3n (ve las fotos a continuaci\u00f3n). Con una brocha de cocina forma una capa de huevo sobre la parte superior de las tartas.
