Cada inicio de ciclo me reta a probar nuevas cosas, aprender algo y mejorar mi vida. Seguro que tu tambi\u00e9n te sientes as\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ocasiones anteriores te he comentado como para m\u00ed es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil establecer un prop\u00f3sito a la vez en lugar de un mont\u00f3n de ellos al mismo tiempo. El enfocarme en s\u00f3lo uno me ayuda a crear un h\u00e1bito. Una vez que esto pasa es f\u00e1cil establecer el siguiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intentemos establecer un prop\u00f3sito al mes a ver como nos funciona. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que mi primer microresoluci\u00f3n para enero del 2019 es empezar cada d\u00eda con un desayuno nutritivo. Esta crema de vainilla se hace con leche condensada. De esta forma podremos verlo y tendremos la oportunidad de compartirlo tambi\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bi\u00f3nico de Papaya con Coco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Porciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 taza de yogurt natural sin sabor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de miel, o al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tazas de papaya, picada en cubos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cucharadas soperas de coco rallado sin az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 nueces (pecanas), picadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas de granola al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla el yogurt, miel y vainilla hasta lograr una crema homog\u00e9nea y medio l\u00edquida. Mete al refrigerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca la papaya picada en un plat\u00f3n o bol.
