La receta es super f\u00e1cil y s\u00f3lo necesitas 5 ingredientes frescos. Una de mis favoritas es esta, otra es mi <a title=\"Salsa de Aguacate \/ Avocado Salsa\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/2010\/01\/salsa-de-aguacate-avocado-salsa.html\" target=\"_blank\">salsa de aguacate<\/a>, otra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2014\/05\/salsa-roja-martajada.html\">salsa roja martajada<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Salsa Verde?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa verde es una salsa mexicana muy popular, obviamente su nombre viene de su color. Yo aprend\u00ed la receta de mi mam\u00e1 quien la aprendi\u00f3 de mi abuelita. Y generalmente la hacemos cocida, es decir, ponemos las verduras a hervir en un pocillo, pero hay otras maneras de hacerla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variaciones de Salsa Verde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La salsa verde cruda<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n es f\u00e1cil, en este caso todos los ingredientes van as\u00ed, crudos, s\u00f3lo bien lavados, pero deben ser super frescos y generalmente lleva un toque de lim\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salsa verde asada<\/strong>, donde la mayor\u00eda de los ingredientes se asan en un comal o sart\u00e9n, esto les da un sabor diferente y ahumado. Agrega agua hasta taparlos y ponlos a fuego alto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando suelte el primer hervor cuenta unos 8-10 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos, lo sabr\u00e1s cuando veas que cambian de un color verde fuerte a un color verde oliva. D\u00e9jalos enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuela los tomatillos y chiles pero conserva el l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda las verduras coladas en la licuadora, la sal y el cilantro. Muele y checa la consistencia, si est\u00e1 muy espeso, agrega un poco del agua que guardaste de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso es todo. \u00a1F\u00e1cil!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
