Es&nbsp;por esto que&nbsp;saqu\u00e9 todo lo&nbsp;que necesitaba&nbsp;de la&nbsp;alacena&nbsp;y el refrigerador para hacer estos <strong>tamales de manzana y canela<\/strong>. Sigue batiendo a\u00f1adiendo un poco de ingredientes secos y un poco de agua hasta que la masa est\u00e9 completamente&nbsp;integrada y se vea h\u00fameda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda el extracto de vainilla y contin\u00faa batiendo a velocidad media-alta por otros 7-8 minutos. Una manera facil de saber si la masa est\u00e1 lista es hacer lo siguiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon agua en un vaso, toma un poco de la masa (como del tama\u00f1o de un ch\u00edcharo peque\u00f1o) y ponla en el vaso. Si la masa se hunde, bate por dos minutos m\u00e1s y recite la prueba. Si la mezcla flota, \u00a1ya est\u00e1 lista!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade las&nbsp;manzanas&nbsp;y las&nbsp;nueces&nbsp;(o las&nbsp;pasas)&nbsp;Revuelve bien&nbsp;con la de tamal con una toalla de cocina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma una hoja de tamal, esparce aproximadamente una cucharada sopera sobre la parte central y ancha de la hoja del centro hacia abajo (mira la Sigue batiendo a\u00f1adiendo un poco de ingredientes secos y un poco de agua hasta que la masa est\u00e9 completamente integrada y se vea h\u00fameda.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-35136-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Vac\u00eda el extracto de vainilla y contin\u00faa batiendo a velocidad media-alta por otros 7-8 minutos. Una manera f\u00e1cil de saber si la masa est\u00e1 lista es hacer lo siguiente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-35136-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon agua en un vaso, toma un poco de la masa (como del tama\u00f1o de un ch\u00edcharo peque\u00f1o) y ponla en el vaso. Si la masa se hunde, bate por dos minutos m\u00e1s y repite la prueba. Coloca los tamales en forma vertical, o sea paraditos.
