Una exquisita combinaci\u00f3n de frutas de la estaci\u00f3n, canela y jamaica o tamarindo. Si esta es tu situaci\u00f3n, te invito a ver <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2014\/12\/ponche-mexicano.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"ek-link\">esta receta<\/a> donde te doy ideas como hacerlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay una frase que dice ponche &#8220;con piquete&#8221; esto se refiere a cuando se acompa\u00f1a al ponche con un chorlito de vino o licor como brandy o ron. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta de hoy es una variaci\u00f3n de mi receta original, en lugar de piloncillo lleva az\u00facar, y en lugar de tamarindo lleva jamaica. Cuando compres las manzanas, compra las que ya se ven mas viejitas, es decir, las que ya su piel se ve un poco arrugada, ya que son mas dulces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cuando compres las guayabas compra aquellas que ya est\u00e9n muy maduras, algunas las ver\u00e1s con manchitas caf\u00e9s y son muy blandas al tacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta a continuaci\u00f3n es suficiente para unas 30 personas, si necesitas menos divide los ingredientes a la mitad. &nbsp;El ponche sabe delicioso calientito, pero tambi\u00e9n es muy rico si lo tomas fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p (40 tazas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>5 manzanas grandes o 10 manzanas peque\u00f1as cortadas en cuartos<\/li><li>12 guayabas cortadas en mitad<\/li><li>20 tejocotes cortados por mitad<\/li><li>2 ca\u00f1as de az\u00facar (pide que te la corten en pedazos, cada ca\u00f1a dar\u00e1 aprox 5-6 pedazos de aprox 20 cm cada uno)<\/li><li>1\/4 kg (1\/2 libra) ciruelas pasas<\/li><li>2 pu\u00f1os de jamaica seca<\/li><li>5 rajas grandes de canela<\/li><li>6 tazas de az\u00facar (1.2 kg)<\/li><li>12 litros de agua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuchillo<\/li><li>Tabla de picar<\/li><li>Escurridor<\/li><li>Olla \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Llena la olla hasta el tope y ponlo a fuego alto. &nbsp;Cuando suelte el hervor, reduce la temperatura del fuego y deja hervir por 30-45 minutos o hasta que la fruta est\u00e9 cocida y haya cambiado completamente de color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed se ve cuando la fruta todav\u00eda est\u00e1 cruda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure est\u00e9 listo apaga la estufa y d\u00e9jalo reposar con la tapa puesta por al menos 5 horas. &nbsp;De hecho &nbsp;lo puedes tomar cuando est\u00e9 listo, pero si lo dejas reposar estar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s rico. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosotros lo preparamos en las ma\u00f1anas, y en la noche antes de la posada o antes de la Navidad, lo calentamos y a disfrutar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
