Como siempre&nbsp;comentarios, opiniones y gusto por ahorrar tiempo en la cocina para preparar&nbsp;postres decadentes son de mi autor\u00eda. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfA poco no se ve divino este pay? Y seguro&nbsp;lucir\u00e1 hermoso&nbsp;en tu&nbsp;mesa de Thanksgiving o Navidad. Pero a\u00fan m\u00e1s, este&nbsp;pay nos prueba que&nbsp;puedes hacer cosas&nbsp;r\u00e1pido sin sacrificar calidad y sabor. La preparaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo toma diez minutos y tendr\u00e1s un pay en una hora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pero \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Chocolate Mexicano?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El chocolate es uno de esos regalos&nbsp;de M\u00e9xico para el mundo&nbsp;y es tan vers\u00e1til que lo puedes combinar&nbsp;con muchas cosas. En lugar de hacer la costra para pay en casa, usa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariecallendersmeals.com\/pie-shells\/pastry-shells\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marie Callender's frozen Pastry Pie Shell<\/a>. Yo lo hice. Y dado que Marie Callender es experta en pays, en mi experiencia su costra siempre queda deliciosa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas costras no s\u00f3lo son deliciosas y se desmoronan con facilidad, lo que&nbsp;se espera de cualquier buen pay, pero son muy f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas de usar. Van literalmente del congelador al horno. \u00bfQu\u00e9 podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s conveniente? Adem\u00e1s la limpieza se hace en un santiam\u00e9n,&nbsp;ya sea que&nbsp;enjuague y guarde&nbsp;el molde de aluminio en el que vienen, o bien lo reciclo.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El paquete&nbsp;biene con dos costras. Para esta receta s\u00f3lo neceesitas una as\u00ed que puedes dejar la otra&nbsp;en el congelador para otra ocasi\u00f3n. Apuesto que&nbsp;con esta&nbsp;temporada de fiestas la usar\u00e1s muy pronto. Nos encantar\u00eda verla y tener la posibilidad de compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pay de Chocolate Mexicano con Jarabe de Canela<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pay de 9 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro (approx 22cm) &#8211; Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 10 minutos &#8211; De principio a fin: 1 hr (incluyendo 35-40 minutos de horneado)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para el Pay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cucharadita de canela molida<\/li><li>1\/4 de cucharadita de chile chipotle en polvo<\/li><li>1\/8 de cucharadita de sal<\/li><li>2 cucharadas soperas de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz<\/li><li>225 gr de chocolate para hornear semi-amargo (8 oz)<\/li><li>180 ml de crema para batir l\u00edquida (3\/4 de taza)<\/li><li>60 ml de leche entera (1\/4 de taza)<\/li><li>45 gr de mantequilla (3 cucharadas soperas)<\/li><li>2 huevos<\/li><li>1<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mariecallendersmeals.com\/pie-shells\/pastry-shells\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Marie Callender's Frozen Pastry Pie Shell<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Para el Jarabe de Canela<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 gr de az\u00facar (1\/2 taza)<\/li><li>2 cucharadas soperas de agua<\/li><li>15 gr de mantequilla (1 cucharada sopera)<\/li><li>80 ml de crema para batir l\u00edquida (1\/3 de taza)<\/li><li>3\/4 de cucharadita de canela molida<\/li><li>1\/2 de cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para el Momento de Servir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Az\u00facar glas (az\u00facar impalpable), opcional<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breyers.com\/us\/en\/products\/natural-vanilla.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para el Pay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 350 grados F (aprox 176 grados C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla la canela molida, el chile chipotle, sal y la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz con un tenedor hasta que todo se incorpore muy bien. Este paso es muy importante ya que no querr\u00e1s terminar con &#8220;bolsas&#8221; de puro chile al morder el pay. Reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combina el chocolate, \u00a0la crema, la leche y la mantequilla en un refractario redondo (o cualquier otro recipiente resistente al calor) lo suficientemente grande para que quepa encima de una olla. Vac\u00eda una taza de agua en la olla y ponla a hervir. Reduce la temperatura a medio, coloca el refractario encima y comienza a batir hasta que el chocolate se derrita por completo y se combine con los otros l\u00edquidos. El chocolate se derritir\u00e1 con el vapor del agua. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vac\u00eda el chocolate a otro recipiente fr\u00edo y d\u00e9jalo enfr\u00edar por 3 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con movimientos envolventes mezcla los ingredientes secos en el chocolate. A\u00f1ade los huevos y bate muy bien hasta que todo se incorpore. Sin mover, deja que el az\u00facar suelte el hervor. Puedes mover la olla suavemente de ser necesario pero no lo revuelvas con cuchara.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el az\u00facar se convierta en caramelo y cambie a un tono beige muy claro, no le quites los ojos de encima porque se quema r\u00e1pidamente. Ret\u00edralo del fuego y a\u00f1ade la mantequilla y la crema, revuelve bien. Regr\u00e9salo al fuego y cuando comience a hervir, ret\u00edralo. Apaga la estufa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega la canela molida, la vainilla y revuelve hasta combinar. Cuela y vac\u00eda en un recipiente resistente al calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sirviendo el Pay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9jalo enfr\u00edar. Decora con az\u00facar glas si as\u00ed lo deseas. Si te gusta mi dise\u00f1o puedes hacer algo parecido. Yo us\u00e9 una carpeta tejida, posiblemente tu tienes algo similar.
