Y su historia naci\u00f3 de un par de d\u00edas de mucho viento que tuvimos hace unos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Cada primavera me gusta abrir la puerta de mi congelador y ver todo lo que tengo guardado ah\u00ed y luego abro la puerta del refri y hago lo mismo. Por supuesto otro de los objetivos de este ejercicio es crear espacio para almacenar nuevos productos para nuevas recetas.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><b>La Historia de las Alb\u00f3ndigas de Pollo y Arroz Frito<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Mi mam\u00e1 muchas veces agregaba arroz a nuestras cl\u00e1sicas alb\u00f3ndigas en salsa roja, as\u00ed que agregar el arroz frito me pareci\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n natural y deliciosa. En cuanto a hacerlas de pollo se remonta a aquella ocasi\u00f3n en la que una amiga vino de visita a mi departamento cuando estaba en a Universidad. El arroz frito le a\u00f1ade una buena cantidad de verduras y color sin mayor trabajo, adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 preparado y sazonado por chefs expertos.<\/p>\n<p>Tener este arroz frito con verduras y pollo en mi congelador adem\u00e1s me ayuda a siempre tener la porci\u00f3n perfecta para cuando quiera crear un platillo como el de hoy, \u00a1sin desperdicio!
