Checa si est\u00e1 disponible en tu \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>Si preparas Ropa Vieja toma una foto y comp\u00e1rtela en tus medios sociales usando\u00a0<strong>#recetasmamalatinatips<\/strong>\u00a0de esa forma podremos verla y compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<h2>Ropa Vieja<\/h2>\n<p>Rinde 6 porciones<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 10 minutos<\/p>\n<p>De principio a fin: 3 horas y 30 minutos<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cucharaditas de Knorr\u00ae Caldo con sabor de Res<\/li>\n<li>1 libra de bistec de pierna de res deshuesado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li>2 pimientos verdes medianos, en rebanadas<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla grande en rebanadas<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo, picados<\/li>\n<li>3 jitomates medianos, picados<\/li>\n<li>3 tazas de arroz integral cocido y caliente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tambi\u00e9n necesitar\u00e1s<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Olla o cacerola con tapa que puedas llevar de la estufa al horno como olla de hierro forjado, olla de acero inoxidable o Dutch oven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Precalienta el horno a 325 grados F<\/p>\n<p>Sazona la carne por todos lados con 2 cucharaditas\u00a0de Knorr\u00ae Caldo con sabor de Res, presionando ligeramente. Calienta el aceite en la olla o cacerola sobre fuego medio-alto y cocina la carne, volt\u00e9andola una vez hasta que est\u00e9 dorada por ambos lados.
